Terrible customer service.

I ordered apple carplay android head unit from a shopwebby’s link in one of Wyatt’s YouTube videos. Upon receiving the unit it looked nothing like the unit advertised in the video. On top of that the CarLetter app used to transmit the CarPlay function only supports wireless CarPlay even though it is advertised as supporting both wireless and wired. I reached out the support chat and explained my situation and received only 1 response asking what video I was referring to. I replied and have not gotten a response and almost 2/3 weeks. I requested to return item and receive a refund and have yet to receive a response.

Still didn’t receive

Took a month to ship which is fine, finally got shipped, USPS has it delayed for 5 days, now, still waiting for them to deliver my package.

Cutting the dash was scary

Definitely was nervous taking a dremel to my dash but me and my dad were able to get it looking good. Glad it came with a shopwebbys sticker too!
